Ascending Batch Winder SW 500

Description

The ascending batch winder SW 500 is a sturdy welded and bolted construction with a powder-coated surface and can be mounted on all looms.

The winding speed automatically adjusts to the loom's delivery speed. A constant torque of the maintenance-free, shutdown-proof geared motor is set by a potentiometer. Consequently, no automatic adjustment of the material tension takes place depending on the batch diameter. The material tensioning can be readjusted manually during the winding process.
