Before processing:
The rear of a decoration fabric. In this case, there are exposed, unwanted pattern threads between the individual desired and incorporated patterns. These exposed pattern threads must be cut open and sheared off before further processing is possible.
1. processing stage:
The pattern threads have been cut open on our FAM pattern thread cutting machine.
2. processing stage:
The cut open and loose pattern threads have been shorn using our SSM/N pattern thread shearing machine.
